Responsibilities:- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment for broadcast TV and radio operations.
- Troubleshoot basic network, connectivity, and signal issues, ensuring reliable transmission and system uptime.
- Monitor network performance, respond to alerts or outages, and update network documentation.
- Support studio, control room, and transmitter site upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to engineering and production staff and participate in the on-call rotation (training provided).
Requirements - Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience in Networking, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and familiarity with Windows and/or Linux.
- Interest or experience in broadcast systems (TV/radio) is preferred.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and strong troubleshooting/communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel and perform light physical work when needed.
