This role combines systems engineering rigor with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring solutions are well-architected, aligned with requirements, and successfully delivered. The candidate will define and manage the team's direction, manage backlogs, and translate customer needs into actionable development tasks, and guide system design and integration to support national security and SDA operations. • Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and program milestones.
  • Apply systems engineering practices to ensure effective data integration, interface design, and system performance in SDA applications.
  • Serve as the liaison between users, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure clear communication of priorities and objectives.
  • Support test planning, validation, and verification to confirm system capabilities meet SDA mission objectives.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related STEM discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (or 8+ years with a Graduate Degree)
