Mandatory Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture and Development.
  • Expertise in Snowflake data modeling, performance tuning, optimization, security, and governance.
  • Strong SQL and ETL/ELT experience.
  • Experience with Snowflake migration and modernization from traditional data warehouses.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Snowflake data pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with DBT, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, or similar data integration tools.
  • Experience with Python and Git/CI/CD.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data warehouse/data lake solutions.
  • Healthcare/Health Insurance experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be a hands-on Architect with recent implementation experience, not primarily production support or management experience.
