We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, troubleshooting, automation, and preventive maintenance activities. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a skilled technician with strong electrical, mechanical, PLC, and industrial maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLC controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and compressors

  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems and motor drives

  • Install, assemble, and maintain control panels and automation equipment

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Complete welding, fabrication, equipment upgrades, and capital improvement projects

  • Conduct routine inspections of critical plant systems and production equipment

  • Create and manage work orders using maintenance management software

  • Train team members on maintenance best practices and safety procedures

  • Recommend improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency


Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills up to 480V using a multimeter

  • Experience reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required

  • Technical degree preferred

  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and industrial safety practices
