Fraud Risk Strategy Consultant

This role focuses on shaping fraud risk strategy for telecom clients by assessing controls, monitoring frameworks, and fraud prevention programs. You'll help clients reduce exposure while balancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Evaluate fraud risk frameworks, controls, and monitoring effectiveness

• Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize fraud processes

• Develop insight-driven recommendations using fraud analytics and tools

• Present executive-ready findings to senior client stakeholders

• Serve as a subject matter expert in fraud strategy engagements

• 5+ years in fraud risk, fraud analytics, or consulting roles

• Strong understanding of end-to-end fraud lifecycle and case management

• Experience with fraud platforms like Feedzai, Featurespace, or similar tools

• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

• Telecom or adjacent industry experience preferred
