Role: IT Enterprise Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA(Hybrid)_ HYBRID
Work Type: HYBRID – in Office 1 day Onsite per week and remote rest of the days

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience working as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects, system implementations, or technology procurements.
Strong understanding of business/data process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes.
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions.
Ability to gather, document, and manage complex business, data, and functional requirements.
Experience developing process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting procurement documentation, vendor coordination, or contract-related activities is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.
Documenting AS IS & TO BE Process & User Interface Mockups.
Experience in developing statements/scope of work for contracting and procurement.
Experience managing multiple projects/tasks at once; Results oriented and highly organized.
Experience in Strong interviewing, active listening, communication, presentation, moderating meetings, and interpersonal skills - influencing, negotiating, etc.
Experience in Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and write scope/specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting government or public-sector IT initiatives.
Experience with procurement lifecycle documentation and vendor management.
Familiarity with workflow automation, business process improvement, and enterprise applications.
Experience using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Visio, SharePoint, Balsamiq, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Education Qualifications
Minimum, bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology Systems) Required.
Active IT Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification Preferred.
