Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce BA Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams responsible for Salesforce BA initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Scrum Master experience, deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms, and proven ability to drive cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer and advisor experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·       Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.

·       Lead Salesforce CRM delivery teams comprising developers, administrators, QA engineers, business analysts, and product owners.

·       Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

·       Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.

·       Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.

·       Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery health.

·       Coordinate releases and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce enhancements.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable user stories.

·       Ensure alignment between business objectives and Salesforce CRM solutions.

·       Support Salesforce implementation, integration, migration, and enhancement projects.

·       Facilitate communication across technology, business, architecture, and leadership teams.

·       Drive Agile maturity and promote best practices across the organization.

·       Manage Jira boards, dashboards, sprint reporting, and Agile documentation.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

·       5+ years of Scrum Master experience leading Agile software development teams.

·       3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce CRM programs.

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including:

o   Sales Cloud

o   Service Cloud

o   Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

o   Marketing Cloud (preferred)

·       Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.

·       Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication.

·       Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

·       Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

·       Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
