Business Analyst

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, creating user stories, coordinating UAT, and managing stakeholder communication.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working on web applications and web services in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience creating User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
• Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Web Applications and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Analyze and document business requirements for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) initiatives.  (Nice to HAVE)
• Work closely with stakeholders, clinical teams, billing departments, and IT teams to improve revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations.  .  (Nice to HAVE)
