Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Role Overview
In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution. You will contribute to large-scale planning, review and analyze complex business challenges, and collaborate with personnel to meet deliverables. This position requires a self-directed professional who can develop and facilitate training programs for end-users facing system and process changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
- Review, analyze, and contribute to the resolution of complex business execution challenges.
- Develop and facilitate complex training programs for teams with varying learning needs.
- Create and maintain role-based training materials, facilitator guides, user guides, and job aids.
- Deliver system training for technical software changes, including enhancements and releases.
- Assess training needs for impacted groups and translate learning gaps into practical training plans.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, delivery leads, and product partners to prepare users.
- Utilize hands-on sandbox environments to support practice, demonstrations, and simulations.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience. Proven experience developing and facilitating complex training programs is required, along with experience supporting end-user learning, adoption, and readiness.
Skills: Strong verbal, written, facilitation, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills. Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Loan IQ experience is highly desired.
- Financial services or commercial banking experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Articulate, WalkMe, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
