Summary

Overview

Inabia is seeking a QA/Test Analyst with deep banking and TSYS expertise to join a fast-paced delivery team based in Chicago, Illinois. This is a fully onsite role (5 days per week) focused on validating card and payment functionality across complex processor integrations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on TSYS platform experience and a strong command of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Execute hands-on testing for TSYS-related enhancements, defect fixes, and new integrations
Perform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing across card and payment workflows
Validate transaction lifecycle scenarios including authorizations, clearing and settlement, postings, fees, disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliation
Document test results thoroughly and log defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to confirm requirements and expected system outcomes
Contribute to test planning and ensure coverage aligns with acceptance criteria

Key Qualifications

Strong domain experience in banking, cards, and payments
Proven hands-on TSYS testing experience (platform-level and/or integration testing)
Ability to validate complex transaction lifecycle scenarios end to end
Comfortable working at pace in an agile or fast-moving delivery environment
Must be available to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
Familiarity with processor integration testing methodologies
Prior exposure to reconciliation and dispute/chargeback workflows
