Job Details

Extensive senior project management experience in multifamily construction.
Proven track record with wrap construction over podium/parking structures.
Cast in place and/or tilt up experience
Luxury MF build experience with rooftop pool and/or amenities
Procore or related construction software experience
Experience managing projects ranging from 100 to 400+ residential units.
Deep understanding of schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
Strong understanding of Florida based construction innerworkings and regulations
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, design teams, and general contractors.
Familiarity with project delivery systems, documentation, and reporting workflows.
