Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Business Process Management (BPM) applications using the Pega PRPC platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Pega-based solutions.

The role involves working with Java, SQL, and web technologies while building and integrating applications within Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design and configure high-performance Pega applications, including flows, activities, user interfaces, sections, and data models.
Develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC platform.

System Integration

Integrate Pega applications with external databases, legacy systems, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Ensure seamless data exchange across integrated platforms.

Requirements & Design

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Pega workflows and technical solutions.

Testing & Debugging

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality, stable applications.
Maintain code quality and adherence to development standards.

Maintenance & Support

Provide production support, performance tuning, and system enhancements for existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pega Expertise

Strong experience with Pega PRPC 7.x / 8.x architecture, rulesets, and frameworks.

Certifications

Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or
Certified Senior Pega System Architect (CSSA) (Strongly preferred)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Java, XML, and SQL
Experience with Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services

Development Methodology

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
