Summary

Job Title:Enterprise Architect
Hybrid at Westwood, MA ( 4 days)
The Enterprise Architect is a senior technical leadership role responsible for building the company s enterprise architecture practice from the ground up as the company scales and grows. Partnering closely with IT leadership, the IT PMO, and business unit leaders, the Enterprise Architect defines how the company s core platforms Oracle Fusion (ERP/SCM), FDAIP, and Salesforce fit together, and sets the integration, data, and reporting standards that connect them. The role ensures technology decisions are aligned to business strategy, that the application landscape stays simple and scalable, and that acquired businesses can be integrated quickly and predictably.
Experience & Background
  • 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM, with lead architect experience on at least two full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with FDAIP and Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), including designing analytics solutions for finance and supply chain.
  • Strong Salesforce architecture experience across Sales and/or Service Cloud, including integration with ERP platforms.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable iPaaS/middleware platforms, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience building an architecture practice, ARB, or architecture governance function, ideally from the ground up.
  • Experience supporting technology integration for mergers and acquisitions in a growth-oriented company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex architecture decisions to executives and influence without direct authority.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
  • Oracle Cloud ERP / SCM Implementation Professional
  • Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect (or Technical Architect)
  • Oracle Integration Cloud or cloud platform certifications (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master s degree or MBA preferred.
