Role: PeopleSoft - Strategic Sourcing

Location: Remote 100%

Duration: 5+ Months Contract

Job description:-

Client is looking for government specific sourcers.
Will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates to support the recruitment efforts of the project team .
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions .
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
