Oracle System Administrator

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Local candidates preferred; remote candidates willing to relocate upon permanent conversion will be considered)

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle System Administrator to support and maintain enterprise Oracle environments. This role will focus on Oracle database administration, Oracle Cloud/Fusion support, production operations, user access management, and environment maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Oracle professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a broad systems administration background.

Required Skills

Oracle Database Administration

• Oracle database support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Production environment support

Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion

• Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion administration
• Environment refreshes and maintenance activities
• Application support and troubleshooting

Access & Production Support

• User provisioning and access management
• Incident monitoring and resolution
• Production support and operational maintenance

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Oracle administration experience
• Experience supporting Oracle databases in production environments
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle Fusion applications
• Systems administration experience in enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working across database, application, cloud, and infrastructure teams
• Ability to learn new Oracle technologies and adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with patching, upgrades, and release management
• Security administration and access governance experience
• Environment management and refresh experience
• Knowledge of production support processes and operational best practices
• Desire to expand into broader Oracle platform administration responsibilities
