SDET (Automation Testing)

Overview:

• We are seeking an Automation/Quality Software Engineer (SDET) with 3+ years of experience developing automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and Selenium, with the ability to build automation tests from scratch.
• This role supports Automation, Continuous Integration, and Test Data ecosystems while working closely with engineering and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Build automated tests from scratch using modern testing technologies.
• Support Automation, Continuous Integration, and Test Data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply test-first development and modern testing practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to scalable, high-quality automation solutions.
• Work independently within Agile or Kanban teams.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines related to automated testing.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in test automation or SDET roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Demonstrated ability to script and develop automation tests from scratch.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java and Spring.
• Experience with modern testing frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of test-first development.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments.
