Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead (ITOM) to design, develop, and implement enterprise IT Operations Management solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring deep hands-on expertise across ITOM modules and strong leadership skills. Admin

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design & implementation of ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
Implement Certificate Inventory Management
Provide technical guidance & best practices to development teams
Conduct workshops, design reviews, and testing sessions
Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance standards
Support deployments, migrations, and upgrades
Troubleshoot complex issues and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
5+ years hands-on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, CMDB)
Strong integrations experience (MID Server, APIs, Web Services)
ServiceNow CSA + CIS (Discovery & Service Mapping) certifications
Strong ITIL / ITOM knowledge
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Agile/DevOps
