Illustrator

Description

We are looking for a talented Illustrator to create engaging and playful designs that align with North Italia's unique brand identity. In this long-term contract position, you will contribute to a growing visual library and craft illustrations for various marketing initiatives, including promotional materials and in-restaurant collateral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop illustrations that reflect a simple, fun, and doodle-inspired aesthetic.
Collaborate with creative directors and project managers to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Create vector-based graphics and artwork for use across multiple marketing channels.
Contribute to the development of custom swag and branded materials for promotional purposes.
Produce high-quality digital illustrations for in-restaurant collateral and other touchpoints.
Adapt designs to fit the needs of different projects while maintaining consistency.
Manage ad hoc design requests and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Work independently using personal equipment and software tools.
Ensure all illustrations are optimized for both digital and print formats.
Participate in team discussions to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
Strong skills in 2D, vector, and digital illustration.
Proven experience creating designs that align with brand identity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Figma is a plus, but not required.
Experience collaborating with creative teams and adhering to project guidelines.
Access to personal equipment and software for illustration work.
Excellent communication skills to present ideas and receive feedback effectively.
