Must-Have Skills

5–7 years BI/Analytics experience
3+ years hands-on Power BI
Power BI Reports, Semantic Models & DAX
Databricks, Delta Lake, DBT
Source-to-Target Mapping & Data Validation
KPI/Metrics Validation with Business Stakeholders
Oracle Fusion ERP migration experience (preferred)
Troubleshoot reporting/data issues independently
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams
Experience reverse-engineering legacy reports and delivering production-ready Power BI solutions
Strong communication and ability to manage sprint deliverables independently
