Job Title: Pega Test Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the testing activities with development team.
Review the test cases and work with automation team to identify automation
scenarios.
Review bugs and support the root cause analysis.
Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Pega applications in Life & Annuities.
Define test strategy, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with business and
technical requirements.
Manage and guide QA team members, including functional and automation
testers.
Ensure test coverage for Life & Annuities processes such as New Business,
Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, and Servicing.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Pega Developers, and Product Owners
during all phases of the SDLC.
Oversee UAT support, defect triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, quality standards, and best
practices.
Track testing progress, risks, and metrics; provide regular status updates to
stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
Strong hands-on experience testing Pega BPM / Pega Platform applications.
Solid domain expertise in Life Insurance and Annuities.
Experience in functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes.
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pega certification (CSA or related testing certification).
Experience with Pega Customer Service / Case Management frameworks.
Exposure to test automation tools and Pega automation frameworks.
Experience working with large insurance clients.
