Role Overview
The client requires an experienced Risk and Compliance Consultant to guide the design and development of a
banking compliance, financial reporting, and fraud detection platform.
Core Objectives & Requirements
• Central Bank Reporting: Define and structure automated regulatory reporting to central banks in required
formats.
• Sanctions & AML: Establish systems to enforce government sanctions, manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
monitoring, and prevent financial crimes.
• Fraud Detection & Cybersecurity: Build fraud detection mechanisms and embed cybersecurity risk
frameworks into platform processes.
• Cross-Border Transfers: Manage compliance and reporting protocols for both inbound and outbound
international payments.

relevant domestic banking institutions.
• Primary Role: Serves as a domain advisor and functional expert to guide platform design, rather than a
technical software developer
