Adobe Experience Platform Analyst

As a Sr Marketing Analyst Lead, you will lead a team of analysts and personalization specialists responsible for activating data across Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics to optimize the end-to-end member journey.
This role moves beyond reporting into activation-using insights, testing, and orchestration to convert visitors into members and grow engagement across Insurance, Membership, Travel, Discounts/Rewards, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Program Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing analysts and personalization specialists
• Define and own the personalization and experimentation roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives
• Manage workflows, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time, error-free launches
• Promote a strong test-and-learn culture, including hypothesis development, experimentation, and validation

Adobe Platform Ownership (RT-CDP, Target, Analytics)

• Lead audience strategy in Adobe Real-Time CDP, building and activating high-value segments across web, email, and paid channels
• Oversee A/B, multivariate, and automated personalization testing in Adobe Target
• Design triggered and personalized journeys that move users from awareness to conversion and multi-product adoption

Business Growth & Optimization

• Drive strategies to convert non-members into members through targeted offers and optimized digital pathways
• Support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives using behavioral insights and predictive modeling
• Partner with product and marketing teams to optimize underperforming funnels and improve revenue per visitor (RPV)

Analytics & Insights

• Use Adobe Analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform optimization strategies
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by partnering with IT on tagging, data layers, and Web SDK implementation

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
