Seeking a Server Engineer to support IT infrastructure and systems within QC Laboratory environments for a leading pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

5+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and laboratory systems/equipment.
Strong experience with Windows Server (2000 2022), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Hands-on experience building virtual servers using VMware vCenter.
Experience with SCCM/System Center, Splunk, and antivirus solutions.
Experience supporting Windows XP/7/10/11 workstations.
Strong server, network, and application troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing systems.
Experience with server hardware/rack installation and vendor application configuration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and with non-IT stakeholders.
