Summary
CRM Functional Data Migration Engineer – Dynamics 365 CE
Location: King of Prussia, PA - Onsite One Week Every Month - Expenses paid for travel
Tentative Start Date: April 27, 2026
Tentative Duration: Up to 12 months
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the SME for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE.

Gather business requirements and perform functional analysis.

Design CRM solutions integrating with contact center systems, self-service portals, mobile apps, ERP, and payment gateways.

Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
-
Ensure seamless data integration, system optimization, and user adoption.
-
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
Experience:
-
10+ years in Dynamics 365 CE functional implementations (Customer Service module).
-
7+ years in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional solution design.
-
Experience delivering large-scale CRM projects with complex integrations.
-
Strong knowledge of contact center solutions (Telephony/IVR) and system integrations.
Education & Certifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred (CS/IT/Business).
-
Recognitions such as MS Dynamics Fast Track Architect or Microsoft MVP preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
