Role OverviewIn this role, you will provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers through an employee portal, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR-related inquiries across the employee lifecycle.
You will also contribute to improving HR service delivery by enhancing self-service capabilities, maintaining knowledge resources, and supporting continuous process and policy improvements.
This role requires strong collaboration with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers via the HR portal
- Support employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle and ensure timely case resolution
- Create, maintain, and improve HR knowledge base articles to promote employee self-service
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate inconsistencies and inefficiencies in HR processes, policies, and systems
- Support risk mitigation and compliance by ensuring accurate HR service delivery
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition)
- Identify service gaps early and recommend process improvements
- Provide input on enhancements to HR tools, systems, processes, and policies
