Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Consultant to join a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing AI tools across the sales lifecycle. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional or sales enablement leader who understands the mechanics of the sales process from discovery through close and can translate that expertise into meaningful AI model improvements.
You will partner with data scientists and product teams to evaluate and refine AI systems that support prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Your insights will ensure these tools are persuasive, context aware, empathetic, and aligned with established sales methodologies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to evaluate and improve AI driven sales tools
- Review AI generated sales conversations and call transcripts to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Apply expertise in discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing to enhance AI outputs
- Help define performance metrics related to tone, empathy, objection recovery, and deal progression
- Support prompt design and framework development to adapt AI tools to different buyer personas and industries
- Contribute to improving AI integration within CRM systems to drive measurable sales effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, inside sales, account executive roles, or sales leadership
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, CRM systems, and the full sales lifecycle
- Experience reviewing call transcripts and identifying why sales interactions succeed or fail
- Experience supporting sales organizations within technology companies, including enterprise hardware or software environments
Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to nuance in dialogue
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect sales behaviors to measurable outcomes
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, or Data teams preferred
