Job Title: Appian Developer
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using the Appian BPM platform.
· Work across the entire Appian stack, including process models, interfaces, data management, integrations, and security.
· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Appian solutions.
· Optimize existing Appian applications for performance and maintainability.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth project delivery.
· Follow Appian and software development best practices to maintain high code quality.
· Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong hands-on experience developing applications on the Appian platform (minimum 5-8 years) and RPA experience
· Proven expertise in Appian objects, SAIL interfaces, Process Models, Record Types, CDTs, and Appian Plug-ins.
· Experience integrating Appian with external systems via Web APIs, REST, or SOAP services.
· Solid understanding of Appian architecture, configurations, and deployment processes.
· Ability to independently design and deliver complex Appian-based solutions.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Appian certification (Appian Certified Associate / Senior Developer) is preferred.
