Overview,
We're looking for a based Technical AI Product Manager to build and deploy AI assistants and custom agents that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role combining product discovery + prompt engineering + no-code implementation using platforms like Glean, Replit, Copilot Studio, or similar.
What You'll Do Partner with business teams to identify high-impact problems AI can solve. Convert needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics. Build and launch AI assistants using no-code/low-code tools. Write and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations. Ensure agents follow security, privacy, and data access guidelines. Track adoption and performance, and continuously improve agent outcomes.
What We're Looking For 6+ years of Product Management experience (Technical PM preferred). Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience building AI assistants/agents using no-code/low-code platforms. Comfortable working with data sources, integrations, and logic flows (no heavy coding required). Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
