Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms. The role requires the ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring that solutions meet client needs while adhering to best practices in B2B and B2C commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business-to-Technical Mapping:

  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions on SAP CX e-commerce platforms.

  • Guide clients in aligning their business objectives with the functionality and capabilities of SAP Commerce Cloud.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize business processes within the platform.

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead multiple large-scale, complex SAP CX implementation projects across global teams.

  • Drive solution delivery end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

  • Conduct solution reviews, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies for complex deployments.

• E-Commerce Expertise:

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of B2B and B2C e-commerce functionality.

  • Apply best practices for internationalization and localization, ensuring scalable, global-ready e-commerce solutions.

  • Advise on user experience, personalization, and omnichannel commerce strategies.

• Solution Design & Innovation:

  • Design end-to-end SAP CX architectures, including integration with SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.

  • Stay current with SAP CX product enhancements, emerging technologies, and e-commerce trends to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 8-10 years in SAP CX (C/4HANA) with 3-5 years in architecture/solution leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading multiple complex SAP CX projects successfully.

• Deep expertise in B2B and B2C e-commerce functionality, including internationalization/localization.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration, APIs, and cloud architectures.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in Commerce Cloud or other CX modules.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and CI/CD processes.

• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, personalization, and omnichannel strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with cross-functional teams.
