Summary
Title: CTO Clinical Trial Startup (Bay Area)
Location: Santa Clara, CA-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap.
- Design and build scalable clinical trial platforms and healthcare systems.
- Lead in-house engineering teams and/or manage outsourced development partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinical research regulations.
- Drive product innovation, security, scalability, and data privacy.
Required Experience
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience.
- Strong background in Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, or Drug Development.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology platforms.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), architecture, and engineering leadership.
- Prior experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or Chief Architect preferred.
