Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
Define architecture, solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and ServiceNow best practices.
Produce technical specifications, architecture diagrams, data models, and design documentation.
Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, JDBC, and other integration methods.
Develop integration patterns, governance models, custom Integration Hub spokes, and leverage out-of-the-box spokes where appropriate.
Architect and maintain a healthy CMDB, including CI class structures, relationships, data models, governance, and reporting.
Oversee Discovery, Service Mapping, and other CMDB population methods.
Design and optimize integrations with Active Directory for authentication, user provisioning, and group management.
Design and support Microsoft Exchange or other email platform integrations for notifications, incident creation, and workflow automation.
Act as the technical advisor to business and project stakeholders.
Mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Lead technical workshops and solution discussions with stakeholders.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and high performing.
Identify and mitigate architectural risks and performance issues.
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and recommend continuous platform improvements.
Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow Solution Architect engagements.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and enterprise solution design.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, including custom spoke development.
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, JDBC, and related technologies.
Expert knowledge of CMDB architecture, governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, CI data models, and data quality management.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and ServiceNow best practices.
Experience producing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
Ability to mentor technical teams and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
