Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QC Tester with hands-on experience in manual QA/QC testing to support multiple application initiatives. This role will focus on validating functionality, usability, and compliance across digital, mobile, loan origination, and compliance-related systems. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands testing best practices, and can work closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality, data accuracy, and user experience

• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Identify, document, and track defects using test management or defect tracking tools

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues

• Ensure applications meet quality standards and compliance requirements

• Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test execution activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Manual QA / QC Tester

• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices

• Ability to write and execute clear test cases and document defects effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience working on Digital, Mobile, Loan Origination, or Compliance projects

• Familiarity with qTest or similar test management tools

• Background in financial services or regulated environments

• Experience working in Agile or SDLC environments
