Job Summary

Seeking a Architect with over 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Asset Management specializing in ITAMSAM and expertise in ServiceNow architecture to lead strategic initiatives and drive ITAM excellence

Job Description

• Lead the strategic design development and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow IT Asset Management ITAM solutions with a focus on Software Asset Management SAM
• Utilize extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy
• Analyze complex organizational requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAM,SAM modules
• Oversee performance monitoring and compliance adherence of ITAMSAM applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Incorporate ServiceNow ITAMHardware Asset Management HAM capabilities to enhance overall asset tracking and management
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline ITAM processes reporting and regulatory compliance
• Stay informed of the latest ServiceNow ITAMSAM features industry trends and compliance standards to maintain cuttingedge solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the endtoend design configuration and deployment of ServiceNow ITAMSAM modules aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage the complete software asset lifecycle including discovery entitlement management compliance and optimization within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define implement and enforce ITAMSAM policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance with software licensing agreements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ITAMSAM implementations and integrations
• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to senior and junior team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and architectural standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation supporting ITAM processes and tools
• Participate in crossfunctional teams to integrate ITAM,SAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes
