Summary

Requirements

10 or more years of experience in IT mergers and acquisitions (M&A) system integrations.
Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) financial process optimization.
Experience in designing future-state IT operating models and strategic organizational frameworks.
Experience with leading ERP platforms and multi-entity financial system architectures.
Experience in conducting comprehensive current-state audits of IT infrastructure and toolsets.
Experience with Private Equity-backed integrations and IT finance workstream leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the current-state audit of IT systems and tools for recently merged organizations.
Define the future-state operating model and technical framework to ensure organizational alignment.
Evaluate and optimize financial systems supporting integrated Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
Drive the IT workstream strategy to ensure a seamless technical transition between entities.
Architect the systems integration plan to support unified financial and business operations.
Develop strategic roadmaps for the evaluation and selection of future-state enterprise tools.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with the new operating model.
