Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled PBCS Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PBCS applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Build and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and data models
• Develop business rules (Groovy), calc scripts, and allocations
•  Design and manage forms, dashboards, and Smart View templates
• Integrate data using Data Management / FDMEE / REST APIs
• Perform system enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Support UAT, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications
•  Strong experience with Oracle PBCS / EPBCS
• Expertise in Planning business rules, Groovy scripting, and calc logic
•  Hands-on experience with Data Management, Smart View, and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of financial planning processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, CapEx, Workforce)
• Experience with integrations and data loads
• Strong SQL / Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
  
  Preferred Qualifications
•  Experience with FCCS /ARCS /TRCS Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
• Exposure to OCI, REST APIs, or automation scripting
• Prior finance or FP&A background

•  Agile/Scrum experience
• Multi-currency and multi-entity planning experience
• Performance optimization and large-model handling
