Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer with strong experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise building intelligent agent-based solutions that automate complex business processes, document workflows, onboarding operations, and enterprise productivity use cases. This role requires deep technical knowledge of AI orchestration, prompt engineering, LLM integrations, and scalable application development using Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agent-driven AI applications using modern GenAI frameworks and tools.
• Build intelligent agentic workflows involving multi-step reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task orchestration.
• Integrate AI-powered solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business systems.
• Develop and optimize prompts, evaluation frameworks, and model interaction strategies.
• Implement scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, observability, auditing, and operational excellence.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI platform strategy and innovation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience building Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience developing agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience integrating and working with LLM APIs and AI platforms.
• Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end AI applications in production environments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable AI architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI workflows for enterprise use cases.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise onboarding, document processing, workflow automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI deployment patterns within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with AI governance, auditability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams including business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
