Job Description:
Slack platform knowledge - Permissions and OAuth Mgmt
Building Slack apps - Creating custom apps, Interactive buttons and forms, Modal dialogs
Bot development - Building conversational bots, Sending and receiving messages, Event-driven programming
Workflow automation - Automating approvals, Connecting business processes, Creating custom workflow steps
API integration - Slack Web API, Events API, webhooks
AI integration - Connecting LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, RAG, Agentic workflows.
For other integration work, knowledge on Node JS/Python/Java will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in Integrating Slack with SF-CRM , Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.--------------------------
-------------------àThis will be the first assignment. Primary skillset needed is Slack, and nice-to have skillset is Salesforce-CRM (Slack is Must-have skill).
