The Ask? Client is looking for a Senior Telecom Business Analyst with 15+ years of experience who brings strong telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives.

The ideal candidate understands telecom contract structures (wholesale, roaming, enterprise, vendor), commercial models, and OSS/BSS ecosystems, and can translate business and legal requirements into clear, actionable system requirements for building or enhancing a CLM platform

Skills and Experience_

• 15+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 8+ years in Telecommunications domain
• Experience working on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations
• Strong understanding of telecom contracts (wholesale, interconnect, roaming, enterprise, vendor agreements)
• Experience gathering and documenting BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Sales, IT, Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for telecom-specific CLM solution
• Understand and map telecom contract terms such as pricing models, SLAs, penalties, rebates, renewals, and amendments
• Define end-to-end contract lifecycle processes (authoring, approval workflows, negotiation, execution, renewals, compliance tracking)
• Work closely with OSS/BSS systems and enterprise platforms such as:  Salesforce; MS Dynamics CRM
• Support integration discussions between CLM platform and CRM/Billing/ERP systems
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Support UAT and production rollout

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with leading CLM platforms
• Knowledge of telecom billing and rating systems
• Experience in large-scale telecom transformation programs CBAP or similar BA certification
