Senior User Experience Designer to join our User Experience & Design Team-a collaborative, multidisciplinary group dedicated to creating world-class digital experiences across mobile, web, and desktop. In this role, you'll design tools and experiences that help users-specifically Registered Independent Advisors-efficiently manage their business and support their clients' financial goals.
What You'll DoDesign Consulting- Lead design reviews and guide cross-functional teams toward high-quality design decisions.
- Produce clear visualizations such as sketches, wireframes, diagrams, and prototypes.
- Represent and uphold the UX team's design process and brand.
- Approach design iteratively, refining through feedback and testing.
Design Expertise & Execution- Create polished, expert-level UX deliverables across platforms.
- Conduct QA on design implementation.
- Participate in research activities and usability testing.
- Continuously improve design processes, tools, and methods.
Teamwork, Collaboration & Engagement- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business partners.
- Offer support and guidance to UX teammates.
- Listen strategically to feedback and adjust designs appropriately.
- Maintain a flexible design stance informed by data and insights.
- Demonstrate passion for UX, teamwork, and user impact.
Empathy & Curiosity- Advocate for users by understanding real needs and workflows.
- Explore opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and theories.

What You Bring- 11+ years of interaction design experience focused on digital products.
- Experience designing complex B2B transactional systems.
- Systems thinking mindset and strong end-to-end design approach.
- Mobile/touch experience (1+ year) is a plus.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing interaction design skill and process.
- Expertise in user-centered design methods:
- User research
- Journey mapping & flows
- Wireframes & prototypes
- Usability testing
- Annotated design specifications
- Experience working within Agile and collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong self-management and ability to work directly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
- Experience facilitating design sessions with cross-functional partners.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across varying roles and personalities.
- Positive, proactive mindset and strong work ethic in a project-oriented environment.
