Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing hard-to-find talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate structured interview processes.
• Negotiate offers based on market trends and candidate expectations.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Enhance employer branding through compelling job postings and social media engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting
• Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
