Overview:
Join a leading Gas Technology firm as a Finance Specialist supporting their Global Supply Chain team. This is a highly operational role where you won't just be behind a desk you'll be integrated with the warehouse and shop-floor operations to manage inventory finance and ensure financial integrity during an exciting period of business expansion and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform account reconciliations and manage monthly/quarterly financial closing activities
Execute Sox controls specifically for inventory and fixed asset counts
Partner directly with warehouse and operations teams to monitor physical inventory and transactions
Manage large datasets in Excel to merge files and provide operational financial insights
Support the transition to new finance tools including Sifin and Anaplan
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Experience: 2 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with any major ERP system (Oracle preferred)
Soft Skills: High level of adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive "operational" mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience in Supply Chain Finance or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Blackline for account reconciliation
Knowledge of Oracle Oscar or Oracle Pascal systems
Experience with AP/AR and Purchase Order (PO) workflows
