Summary

Title: Lead Python Developer

Loaction: Dallas, TX and Malvern, PA

Job Description:

Required

Python or NodeJS for backend development
Angular for frontend development
Strong AWS experience, including:
- ECS (Elastic Container Service)
- Lambda (serverless functions)
- S3 (object storage)
- Glue (ETL/data integration)
Hands-on expertise with DynamoDB

Preferred / Learnable

TypeScript for frontend/backend enhancements
GraphQL for API design and querying
Java for additional backend support
Experience with additional databases (to be determined based on project needs)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python or NodeJS.
Build responsive and dynamic frontend applications with Angular.
Implement and optimize AWS-based solutions leveraging ECS, Lambda, S3, and Glue.
Manage and scale NoSQL databases, primarily DynamoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GraphQL APIs and other modern frameworks.
Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies such as TypeScript, Java, and new database systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proven expertise in backend and frontend frameworks (Python/NodeJS + Angular).
Strong AWS cloud-native development background.
Solid understanding of database design and management (DynamoDB + others).
Familiarity with modern API frameworks (GraphQL preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
