Job Summary:
As a Staff Data Center Solution Manager at Supermicro, you will be focused on Supermicro's industry-leading AI centric Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) and how we help assess, explain, suggest, design and deploy AI factory infrastructure solutions. This role is focused on delivering integrated high-density AI reference environments that combine Supermicro GPU-optimized platforms based on NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel architectures incorporating modular data center building, network, security kits. We build AI factories globally with our customers and bring them to life.
You will work directly with our premier partners, vendors and global integrators for the benefit of countries and companies that are adopting Sovereign AI and commercial AI factories at scale with our products. You must possess a deep understanding of how software interacts with high-performance hardware. You understand the nuances of powering and cooling state of the art equipment.
You will build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute go-to-partner strategy for matrixed AI factory reference solutions, integrating Supermicro GPU platforms with modular panelized data center buildings to enable rapid deployment of high-performance AI infrastructure globally.
Lead consultative solution selling engagements with sales, field application engineers, network engineers, system engineers and product managers from Supermicro and partner companies.
Position advanced infrastructure architectures including liquid cooling, high-density power distribution, and overstructure/containment strategies to support next-generation GPU clusters.
Build and manage strategic partnerships across the AI and data center ecosystem, including OEMs, GPU providers (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel), mechanical/electrical vendors, and modular construction partners.
Identify new market opportunities and develop revenue strategies around AI-ready modular data centers and high-density compute deployments.
Create 2D deployment guides, space plans
Represent Supermicro at industry events, trade shows, partner events occasionally. You will craft technical content to present at conferences, meetups, and local events. Travel to customer sites and events as required.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in technical multi-partner-facing roles, working with OEMs, GSIs, and Data Center Infrastructure providers.
AI Infrastructure Mastery: Hands-on experience with AI-specific hardware, including GPU servers, networking and storage especially in traditional datacenter environments.
Networking & Storage Savvy: Solid understanding of high-performance networking and storage.
Communication: Strong ability to translate complex hardware + software value propositions into clear, compelling presentations for both engineers and executives.
Travel: Proven ability to travel up to 40% to global locations and work with customers and partners in the field.
Salary Range
$190,000 - $213,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
