  • Assist with contractor performance evaluations and award-fee determination processes.
  • Provide acquisition expertise on major IT programs, ensuring successful bid processes, timely awards, and effective contract administration.
  • Support government stakeholders by translating technical requirements into executable and compliant acquisition approaches.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in federal acquisition and contract administration.
  • Experience supporting Information Technology (IT) acquisitions, including scaled agile services.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable supplements.
  • Experience developing and supporting RFIs, RFPs, and acquisition documentation.
  • Experience supporting source selections, cost or price analysis, negotiations, and related contract documentation.
  • Hands-on experience awarding and administering multiple contract types, including:
    • Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
    • Time & Materials (T&M)
    • Cost-Reimbursement (including LOE / CPFF)
    • Incentive-based contracts
    • Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
  • Experience administering complex contracts, including performance monitoring, modifications, and contract closeout activities.
  • Department of Defense experience preferred.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
Desired Attributes
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders across technical and acquisition teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in government environments
  • Sound judgment when balancing innovation, speed, and acquisition compliance
  • Collaborative approach when supporting high-visibility, mission-critical programs
