What You'll Learn & Work On

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems
• Supporting troubleshooting of basic network and connectivity issues
• Helping configure and set up telecom devices and equipment
• Working with routers, switches, cabling, VoIP, and PBX systems
• Providing basic technical support to end users
• Keeping documentation updated for service work and equipment
• Following safety procedures and industry best practices
• Learning new technologies and tools on the job

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level experience, technical schooling, certifications, or hands-on exposure to telecom, IT, or networking
• Basic understanding of cabling, networking concepts, or telecom systems (training provided)
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and ask questions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
