Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Business Analyst – AP with 5+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in the PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP) and Expenses (EX) modules. The ideal candidate will provide post-production functional support, perform system configuration, prepare functional design documentation, coordinate with development teams, and support end users throughout the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 functional support for PeopleSoft Accounts Payable and Expenses modules.
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve help desk tickets.
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents for enhancements, interfaces, and system changes.
Configure PeopleSoft AP and EX modules based on business requirements.
Collaborate with developers by providing detailed functional specifications.
Perform system, regression, and integration testing after code changes.
Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
Update job aids, user documentation, and training materials as needed.
Assist end users with system functionality and "how-to" inquiries.
Track issues, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of IT experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP) and Expenses (EX) modules (version 9.0 or higher).
Experience with PeopleSoft configuration and post-production support.
Working knowledge of PeopleTools.
Ability to read and write simple SQL queries.
Experience preparing functional design documents and system test scenarios.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills.
