Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Lead financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and tax-related workstreams
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial accuracy across multiple entities
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Manage and mentor accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Help standardize accounting procedures and implement best practices across business units
- Support domestic and international accounting compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with finance leadership on strategic growth and operational scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to international operations or IFRS preferred
- Experience overseeing AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- CPA preferred but not required
