Looking for Software Test Engineer who is responsible for defining and implementing software test procedures, planning, designing, executing and optimizing software tests and automation scripts. Responsible for incident triage, reproducing and reporting defects from bug hunt activities or customer reports, and documenting test cases and scenarios.



ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices.Define advanced test concepts, theories, and principles for highly complex technology and business situations.Plan, design and execute repeatable tests cases and automation scripts for various software and applications.Leverage test management tools for test planning, development, execution, monitoring and reporting.Monitor, triage and escalate incidents related to software products maintained by development teams in line with the organization's incident management processes.Conduct and manage root cause analysis for production incidents and embed preventive actions in the form of automated unit and integration tests.Continuously study, optimize and automate software test methods and tools and automation scripts.



Experience Required2-4 years in software testingTest Cases Experience using test cases for executing tests and documenting tests cases for other users.Software Testing Experience testing software with and without test cases to reference.Test Regression Testing Experience testing multiple different areas of a system in detail.Application Testing Experience testing an application from all angles. Negative and positive testing of scenarios.Test Planning Experience working with a team to develop a plan for completing testing.Jira Experience using JIRA or a similar software, which is a ticket tracking system for defects and project management.Technical Proficiency: Software development, SQL querying, and QA testing/validation.Requirements Translation: Ability to convert conceptual customer needs into clear functional specs, diagrams, and process models for developers.Expert at verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong interpersonal skills with a dedicated customer-service orientation.



Experience PreferredPlanisware knowledge and Cloud environment experience.Software Automation Testing.Agile experience (converting roadmaps to user stories).Data analysis, modeling, and dashboard visualization.Business process improvement and bottleneck analysis.



Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
