SAP Solution Architect - Signavio

Position: SAP Solution Architect - Signavio 
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to support a large-scale SAP modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and governance of SAP Signavio solutions, driving business process modeling, process mining, fit-to-standard assessments, and continuous process improvement throughout the S/4HANA transformation lifecycle. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, enterprise architects, and system integrators to ensure successful process transformation and adoption of SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Signavio strategy, architecture, and governance activities.
• Facilitate business process discovery, process mapping, and fit-to-standard workshops.
• Drive process mining, gap analysis, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, capability models, standards, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with business teams, SAP functional leads, and implementation partners.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Support enterprise architecture governance and technology decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Solution Architecture or Technology Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Modeling, and Process Mining.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Experience with end-to-end business process transformation.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of SAP Signavio Suite experience.
• SAP Signavio Certification.
• Experience with SAP LeanIX.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with automated testing and requirements traceability.
• Utility industry experience.
