DURATION- 6 MONTHS TO HIRE

INTERVIEW-
 Round
1: 25-minute MS Teams video screening (with hiring manager) 

•    Round 2: 50-minute MS Teams panel interview (manager + 2
lead developers) 

o    Des Moines candidates should attend round 2 on-site.

•    Round 3: 25 Meet our Product Owner and Scrum Master via MS
Teams video call. 



REQUIRED LONG-TERM: On-site
3 days/week at one of the following:
 

o    Des Moines, IA 

o    Chicago, IL 

o    Sioux Falls, SD 

o    Fargo, ND 



Note: candidates must be OK working 3 days in an SFG office on a long-term
basis
, not just when starting out. 



We are seeking a strong telephony developer to design, develop, optimize, and
support Amazon Connect solutions. The individual will support and enhance 16
customer contact centers’ operation. This person will rotate with two other
developers in managing production support one out of every three weeks. This
position requires strong verbal and written communication skills as the
individual selected will collaborate closely with our Data & Integration
team and our telephony business (non-technical) users



Required:

•   Hands on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) expertise,
including configuration, call routing, Omni Channel integration, and
troubleshooting within the Salesforce–Amazon Connect ecosystem

•   Amazon Connect call flow design and development, including
Contact Flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and telephony configuration

•   AWS Lambda development experience, especially building and
maintaining Lambda functions used in Amazon Connect integrations, data dips,
and SCV workflows

•  Telephony and voice platform testing experience, including
end to end call flow validation, CTI behavior, call quality checks, and error
path testing

• Production support for SCV and Amazon Connect, including
non technical end user support, issue triage, and root cause analysis across
Salesforce, AWS, and telephony layers

•  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to translate technical issues into clear guidance for business
stakeholders and support teams



Preferred:

•    Insurance or financial services background 

•    Experience with ticketing systems  

o    ServiceNow, Zendesk, Ivanti

•    Experience with Agile platforms  

o    Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello
